U Dirty Dawg About Us Rusty our Irish Setter

Rusty the Irish Setter is actually our founder since he inspired us to come up with the idea of opening a doggie daycare in Center Grove.

In addition, his owners Robert and Stephanie Morrison have been in the pet industry for over 10 years, breeding Irish Setters and raising farm animals. Prior to being in the animal care business, Robert and Stephanie owned several other businesses, but with knowledge of care of animals and the experience of owning and operating numerous businesses, Robert and Stephanie decided to open U Dirty Dawg in August of 2006 which has been very successful and profitable from the beginning, being the first in Greenwood to offer a facility that has everything under one roof: grooming, boarding, doggie daycare, training, pet supplies, self-serv pet wash and pet fence installation.

Since then U Dirty Dawg has expanded by purchasing the property behind their location and adding a large and expanded outdoor dog run that takes up the entire property behind the building. Located on the property was a small house which has now been converted into Center Grove Animal Clinic also owned by Robert and Stephanie Morrison.

Our 2500 sq. ft. outdoor space features 6-8' fencing all around to ensure everyone is kept safe. We have lots of jungle gyms, kiddie pools, and toys to keep your dog stimulated all day! The small dogs have smaller versions of all the same toys and games as the big guys in their own outdoor space!

Our larger overnight guests stay in private 6' X 4' runs. All runs are equipped with an cozy blanket, fresh water. Walls are divided privately to ensure a good nights rest.

Tiny guests prefer a cozier den to settle in for the night. The little guys will rest with all the same amenities of the big dogs, only in a smaller package.
